A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER BEFORE YOU ARRIVE...
1. CURRENT HOURS OF OPERATION:
Open Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays 11AM - 8PM (or sold out)
Closed Mondays - Wednesdays
We plan to expand our days and hours as our team and demand grows.
2. We are located next to residential zoning - please be considerate to our neighbors when parking. There are plenty of parking lots on 7th Street, 8th Street and 9th Street, and plenty of street parking available.
3. Please be patient with us - our team is small but mighty, and we are giving our all to work as fast as we can in a new unfamiliar space.
4. Our meats are slow-smoked with 100% white oak splits. Some meats take up to 11-12 hours, so when we sell out, we sell out. Show up late, lose weight!
5. Currently we only offer outdoor seating - please dress appropriately for the weather.
American Smoking Techniques Meats Traditional Asian Flavors
Open fire cooking, or barbecue, has a longstanding tradition to vary between different regions of the globe from the style of the pit, the spices and rubs, or even the wood used.
But what happens when you fuse American techniques with Asian flavors?
You get Smoke Queen Barbecue!
Feast your eyes on these juicy slabs…
-
SMOKED WHOLE BRISKET
Smoky, juicy and tender, our USDA Prime briskets are lovingly rubbed with our blend of cumin, paprika, garlic, black pepper and slow smoked with white oak for up to 14 hours! Perfect for any special occasion meal or a casual meal!
-
PORK BELLY CHAR SIU
New York Times' Restaurant Critic, Tejal Rao said it best - “The belly meat radiated with citrus peel, fennel and star anise. It was intricately salty and smoky, but not aggressively so. The fat that remained after rendering had turned tender and bouncy, soft almost to the point of creaminess, sticky with a crumbly, candy-like glaze. The char siu was faintly reminiscent of the sweet, reddish-stained Cantonese roast pork that I knew, but with its own distinct power and pull.”
-
KOREAN DINO BEEF RIB
This USDA Prime Korean Dino Rib is slow smoked with California white oak for 6-8 hours till fork tender. Each 3-bone slab is seasoned with our proprietary all-purpose blend then smoked with our house-made Korean Gochujang Barbecue Sauce for the perfect marriage of Asian American Barbecue!

What People Are Saying
“OMG! Smoke Queen BBQ offers DELICIOUS and AMAZING BBQs and sides! Seriously, when I first tried their bbq set, I was blown away by the rich flavors! Their portions are huge and their food is just simply awesome. The owner, Winnie actually puts a lot of time and effort to ensure that every bbq comes out so well and you can actually taste it because it's so juicy and flavorful.”

“Visited the Queen at Smorgasburg. Melty brisket with an edge like candy, spicy but not oversauced slaw, baked beans with some deep smoke. Best part was seeing a new brisket in the back getting slapped down on the counter, giggly as a fat fish.”
— Alex A. 3/28/22 Yelp
“The pork belly charsiu was melt in your mouth and the the Pork Belly Siu Yuk was crispy and perfect. Great concept mixing traditional American BBQ with Asian influences. Would definitely recommend if you are at Smorgasburg.“
