Q: How does it work?
A: Order on this website using the upper tab "Order". Select the items you'd like to purchase and then select the date you would like to pick up. We'll take care of all the rest and your meal will be ready on the date you selected. Our schedule changes weekly so please be sure to check our homepage for the locations, pick up times, and dates we are offering. On the day of the order, we will send you a reminder text if you leave your cell phone number on the order. If for some reason you are unable to pick up your order at the specified time, please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable accommodation to get the order to you, however it is not our responsibility and by preordering you agree to forfeit you order if you are unable to make the specific pick up time.
Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Unfortunately not now. We are only able to meet you at the specific locations at specific times as listed on our homepage.
Q: Does your food contain any allergens?
A: Everything on the menu does not contain nuts, however some items do contain dairy such as milk, cream and eggs. All our meats are rubbed with our own recipe therefore they do not contain any gluten or dairy.
Q: Are any of the items Keto friendly?
A: Yes! Our briskets are Keto friendly! Unfortunately our BBQ sauces are not therefore the ribs are not Keto friendly.
Q: What is the best way to reheat your food?
A: The best way to reheat our food is in an oven safe container wrapped tightly with aluminum foil, add 1-2 tablespoon of water in the container and baked at 325F for 15-30 minutes depending on the amount of meat. Essentially this will gently steam the meats. A more convenient but less optimal result would be using the microwave. Microwave each dish 30 seconds to 60 seconds, depending on the amount of food. Be sure to put a wet and clean paper towel over the food to keep your microwave clean and food moist! Please keep in mind that each microwave is different and for best results reheat small batches.
Q: What if I cannot pick up the food in the time frames available?
A: We get it, life happens. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Unfortunately we cannot cancel any orders within 24 hours of delivery. We make everything to order so we hope you understand that. However do try to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make every reasonable accommodation to get your order to you.
Q: I've already placed my order but my plans changed so how do I cancel it?
A: You can reach us via email by responding to your order confirmation email at Winnie@smokequeenbbq.com. However, because it takes us about 24 hours to prepare the meats, we will not be able to offer you a refund within 24 hours of your order.
Q: Do you cater for corporate events or parties?
A: Yes we do, however we do require a minimum as it takes a lot of time and a lot of fuel to smoke. Therefore we have a minimum of 100 guests if we are smoking just for your event. However if you would like catering on the days that we are smoking for preorders, you are more than welcome to order off the menu or contact us for more details at Winnie@smokequeenbbq.com.
