Q: How does it work? 

A: Order on this website using the upper tab "Order". Select the items you'd like to purchase and then select the date you would like to pick up. We'll take care of all the rest and your meal will be ready on the date you selected. Our schedule changes weekly so please be sure to check our homepage for the locations, pick up times, and dates we are offering. On the day of the order, we will send you a reminder text if you leave your cell phone number on the order. If for some reason you are unable to pick up your order at the specified time, please call 714-473-8811. We will make every reasonable accommodation to get the order to you, however it is not our responsibility and by preordering you agree to forfeit you order if you are unable to make the pick up time. 

 

Q: Do you offer delivery?

A: We are currently in the process of creating a system so we can bring BBQ love right to your doorstep. 

 

Q: Does your food contain any allergens? 

A: Everything on the menu does not contain nuts, however some items do contain dairy such as milk, cream and eggs. All our meats are rubbed with our own recipe therefore they do not contain any gluten or dairy.

 

Q: Are any of the items Keto friendly? 

A: Yes! Our briskets are Keto friendly! Unfortunately our BBQ sauces are not therefore the ribs are not Keto friendly.

 

Q: What is the best way to reheat your food?

A: The best way to reheat our food is in an oven safe container wrapped with aluminum foil, baked at 375F for 15-20 minutes. To save time, you can microwave each dish 30 seconds to 120 seconds, depending on the amount of food. Be sure to put a wet and clean paper towel over the food to keep your microwave clean and food moist!

 

Q: What if I cannot pick up the food in the time frames available?

A: We will keep your order here at OC Wine Mart and you can pick it up anytime during their regular business hours. Be sure to warm it up using our recommended methods to get the best results. Please note that SmokeQueenBBQ and OC Wine Mart are not responsible for your order after the pick up time you specified. 

 

Q: I've already placed my order but my plans changed so how do I cancel it?

A: You can reach us via email by responding to your order confirmation email, message us on our Facebook Page @SmokeQueenBBQ, or direct message us on Instagram @SmokeQueenBBQ to cancel your order. However, because it takes us about 24 hours to prepare the meats, we will not be able to offer you a refund within 24 hours of your order.
