The texture is more of "sticky meat leather" rather than a dehydrated, fibrous jerky. Traditionally this tasty meat snack is only available during the Lunar New but now you can enjoy it year round!
Each batch is made fresh with no preservatives and packed for freshness. Please enjoy with in 2 weeks of production and keep refrigerated once you receive it.
For best results, consume at room temperature or slightly warm it up in the microwave/oven/toaster for a more tender and fragrant chew.
